Parker Performance Cancellations, Returns & Shipping Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel any order, at any time, for any reason. However, that does not mean you'll receive a refund in full every time. This will vary from order to order, and is a case-by-case basis, as some of the cancellations will be subject to merely a Merchant Services Fee (minimum of 7% cancellation fee), while some may be subject to additional fees for custom items, one-off items, and so on. If you are considering cancelling your order, please contact us ASAP at Sales@PP-FL.com in writing, so we can provide you with the appropriate cancellation fee(s) and get your refund begun processing right away. 

 

Returns 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Any parts that have been installed or modified cannot be returned and for parts that have not been installed and you have lost parts or damaged the item in any way making them unable to resell will not be qualified for a return or refund. There will be a 25% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Parker Performance, Attn: Returns, 7019 Aurora Drive, New Port Richey, Florida 34653. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

*import tax may apply to items being shipped outside of the U.S.
