As I've built this company, literally from scratch, one thing that I've always been aware of is making sure that we're preserving our Sport for future generations. One way that I work at this myself, is to make sure that no enthusiast gets left behind. I want to make sure that any enthusiast who chooses to do business with us, never feels like they should leave the sport of Aftermarket Automotive!
As a young man myself, I was troubled with multiple shops having taken advantage of me, and ended up having to get attorneys, sheriffs, etc. involved even. If I wasn't such a die-hard gearhead, I could have easily left this sport permanently and taken up golf. Or some other hobby that would steal my dollars from this industry.
So I will continue do my best to build our team, build our company, to provide the best overall experience for our customers, so that they maintain their love for this sport and continue to be able to enjoy it. While I'm sure we fail at this in some instances (and to those of you who we have failed, I apologize and ask for you to give us another chance), yet it's something we actively work on improving with every day that we're in business.

When one entity, like Parker Performance, is in charge of all the aspects of your build - from parts selection and purchases, to installation, to tuning - we're in much greater control of the desired outcome! If you're purchasing parts from multiple online vendors, grabbing used parts from Marketplace, etc. and then bringing to us to install, and then to another place for tuning - the experience can get out of hand very quickly. From missing parts, to damaged during shipping parts, to back orders, to broken or mismatched used parts, miscommunication during tuning, and so on.... the risk for something to go awry is significantly greater than when you let us take the wheel from start to finish!
When you let Parker Performance handle the entire build, WE will be responsible for holding our vendor partners accountable for damaged parts, missing parts, shipping delays, etc. If you bought them from somewhere else, or used, that responsibility is now YOURS. And your build is now delayed and pushed off the lift, off the calendar, until you can resolve it.
When you buy used parts, there is NO WARRANTY whatsoever. Not on the parts, not on the labor. If you ask us to install a used transmission, and we do so, and the unit does not shift. Guess what? Tough cookies. We did the labor, you owe us the labor for that work, and then the labor for the work to FIX that scenario, TOO! Whereas, if we supply you with the parts - WE would cover the parts through the supplier of said parts & then we would work with them to see about getting labor covered on the issue as well.
All that just to say, when you consult with us and allow us to take care of the entire experience - we can give you a guaranteed outcome, guaranteed results, warranty on the parts, and of course we always stand behind our own craftsmanship and labor.

PS: We are typically booking about 6-8 weeks out in advance for these large jobs, so if you have a large project, the earlier we can get started on executing the build plan, the earlier we can get you on the schedule to perform the jobs!
PSS: When we're doing large builds like this, we're able to combine labor costs oftentimes, that will result in thousands of dollars of savings as well! Doing OPG/CS? Upgrade the tensioners, chains, guides while we're in there, and save big! Doing Cams? Upgrade the springs, retainers, head gaskets, head studs, valve covers, etc. while we're in there, and save big again!!!
