Zeus 3D Diffuser (2020-2023 Ford Explorer ST)

Zeus 3D, in collaboration with SuperForged Specialty Wheels, presents our rear hitch cover for the 2020+Explorer. The Explorer ST, notoriously ships from the factory without a rear hitch cover. While this may not affect some owners, many have expressed frustration about the exposed hitch receiver not allowing their vehicle to have a clean look. Now, with our hitch cover, owners can now cruise in style.

Material & Quality
This is a high-quality part made from durable ABS plastic. Each part is sanded by hand and undergoes a thorough post-processing process that ensures maximum strength and durability.

Diffuser Fins:
By default the fins are not removable. We could make one with swappable fins and they would be installed with screws. Just contact us. We also offer soft edges or hard edges just specifying the notes. Default is soft edges

No fins- Smooth clean look
Wide fins- All wide fins at 90 and 45 degrees (write in the notes)
Skinny fins-All Skinny fins at 90 and 45 degrees (write in the notes)
Wide LED fins- Could be connected to a controller or T tap to the taillights.
Custom configuration- Just write your combination in the notes or contact us.
Combination- 3 wide fins and 2 skinny fins. available in 45 and 90 degree

Finishes
1. Primed- We will sand it and prime it. You do the rest. We highly recommend to get it painted to protect it from the elements.
2. Textured- Textured finish to match the bumper. Check out the pictures. ($50)
3. Color Match- Color Matched to the vehicle color. **Please email us a photo of your sticker in the driver side door jam***($150)
4. Gloss Black- Professionally painted gloss black to match the bumper trim.($150)
5. Dual color- Professionally painted in dual color. ** Default option is Gloss Black with red ST if you would like a different combinations contact us** ($150)

How does it install?
We’ve purposefully designed this cover so that installation and removal requires no tools. We realize some of you like to tow so installing and removing the cover is easy. The cover fixes into the existing receiver and “wraps” under the vehicle and connects to existing plug holes using pins that are included with purchase.

How long will production take?
Each item is made to order. This means that we take our time and don’t have a storehouse of premade covers ready to send. Lead time will change with order volume.

Returns
We take pride in our products and when a problem occurs we want to make it right. Zeus3D will accept returns for this product if it is damaged or unusable due to quality of workmanship. We will not accept returns for products damaged by normal use, wear and tear or customer modifications.
