To prevent this we designed this billet crank gear to be the strongest and most reliable one on the market. Manufactured in America from heat treated chrome moly billet steel, to create a much stronger and more durable replacement for your 5.0L.  This gear is highly recommended to be replaced with your oil pump gears, which are also prone to cause engine failures.
